Refunds
At Rare Pet Prints, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products that are printed with care, shipped on time, and made to bring joy. We stand behind our work with a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy from the date of purchase, if you’re disappointed for any of the following reasons:
- The product arrived with a manufacturing defect.
- The print quality does not meet expectations.
- The final product is significantly different from the image shown on the product page.
Replacements & Exchanges
We typically do not issue refunds for reasons such as incorrect size, color, or design selection made by the customer. However, we understand that mistakes happen — which is why we still offer replacement support. In these cases, we only ask that you cover the shipping cost and a small handling fee (varies depending on product type like hoodies, sweatshirts, etc.).
We’re more than happy to offer a free replacement or a refund if:
- You received the wrong item, size, or design from what was ordered.
- Our size chart was inaccurate and led to an incorrect purchase.
If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, just reach out to us — we promise to work with you to find a solution. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Please note: A 20% color variation between what you see on screen and the actual product may occur due to lighting during photography or differences in monitor displays.
In rare cases where an issue arises, we often re-ship at our expense. So no worries — we’ve got your back!
Order Cancellations & Modifications
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Why 24 hours? Because we process and ship orders quickly. Once your order has entered production or been shipped, we cannot make changes until the item is received and returned.
Please note: Order changes or cancellations made to apply a discount or promo code to an existing or pending order are not accepted. See our Coupon/Promo section below for more details.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company — it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. Processing time can vary.

Coupon | Promo | Discount Codes
- Promo, coupon, or discount codes cannot be applied to previously placed or pending orders.
- Discounts cannot be converted to cash.
- Codes cannot be used with other ongoing offers.
